Issue: rnOn certain trucks, the bed-cover could come loose while driving and detach from the truck. rnNote: This recall affects Tundra and Tundra Hybrid models equipped with an optional Toyota genuine accessory tri-fold hard tonneau cover that was installed before delivery or sold as a dealer accessory. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA tonneau cover that separates from a moving vehicle could create a hazard for other drivers and nearby people. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnToyota will notify owners by mail and advise you to remove the tonneau cover. The corrective actions for this recall are under development. Toyota will send you a second notice when a final repair is available.
