Issue: rnOn certain RV trailers, if the murphy bed is not latched properly in the down position and weight is added, it could raise unintentionally. As a result, a person could be trapped inside the bed storage area. rnrnSafety risk: rnIf a person is trapped inside the bed storage area, they may not be able to get out. This could create a risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnWinnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to install an automatic latching mechanism to the murphy bed.
