Issue: rnOn certain trucks, a software problem could cause the backlight for the instrument cluster display not to work. As a result, warnings, tell-tales and gauges may not display properly. rnNote: This recall only affects Maverick hybrid models. rnrnSafety Risk: rnSafety warnings, tell-tales and gauges that don't display properly could increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnFord will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to update the instrument panel cluster software.
