Both registers carry the same date for this defect.
These are the dates each register records against its own notice. They are separate administrative acts in two countries, recorded by two authorities under two sets of rules, and this page does not claim that one caused the other or that owners in either country were contacted on those days. What it shows is that the same manufacturer campaign reached the two registers on different dates.
Read the American notice 24V845, including every earlier version of its wording this site holds. The Canadian register explains why the manufacturer code is published there and what that makes possible. Canada and America sets every matched pair side by side.

Issue: rnOn certain RV trailers, the fasteners that attach the solar panel may loosen. If this happens, the solar panel could separate from the vehicle while driving. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA solar panel that detaches from the vehicle could create a hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnTo reduce the safety risk, Winnebago advises that you should inspect the solar panel fasteners before driving and periodically throughout your trip until the recall repairs have been completed. Winnebago will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your trailer to a dealership to apply thread-locking compound to the mounting screws and bracket.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2024686.
