Issue: rnOn a small number of cranes, the outrigger shoes may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the shoe(s) could crack and fail. If this happens, the crane could become unstable and fall. rnNote: This recall only affects certain outrigger shoes with serial number 022201. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA crane that falls could create a risk of injury for the operator and people nearby. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnAltec Industries will notify owners by mail and provide you with instructions for how to inspect the serial number on the outrigger shoes. Altec Service will replace any affected outrigger shoes.
