Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the exterior door button mechanisms may not have been assembled properly. As a result, the door buttons could remain stuck and the doors may not latch properly when they are closed. If this happens, the doors could open while driving. rn rnSafety Risk: rnA door that opens suddenly while driving could create the risk of injury and/or increase the risk of a crash. rn rnCorrective Actions: rnINEOS will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the door button mechanisms.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2025120.
