Rolls-Royce CULLINAN in the other registers
This site holds seven national and European registers. Rolls-Royce CULLINAN is named on 2 American notices, 3 British and 1 European. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules.
The American register
The British register
- DVSA recall R/2022/097: Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Ghost (The fuel tank feed line connection may not be fitted correctly)
- DVSA recall R/2024/471: Rolls-Royce Cullinan (Low Pressure Fuel Line Connection)
- DVSA recall R/2026/105: Rolls-Royce Cullinan and Black Badge Cullinan (RR31 Rear Seat Belt Bolt Connection Check)
The European register
Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

Issue:
On a small number of vehicles, the bolts that secure the left and right rear seat belts or the locking brackets for the rear bench seat backrest may not have been tightened properly. As a result, the bolts could loosen and damage the seat belt webbing(s). Additionally, loose cargo in the luggage compartment could contact and move the rear bench seat backrest in a crash.Safety Risk:
A seat belt that doesn't work properly and/or a seat backrest that moves could create an increased risk of injury in a crash. Additionally, cargo that moves in a crash could create a risk of injury.Corrective Action:
To reduce the safety risk, Rolls-Royce recommends not using the rear seats to transport passengers or carrying cargo in the luggage compartment until the recall repairs have been completed. Rolls-Royce will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, tighten or replace the bolts. Additionally, the dealer will inspect and, if necessary, replace the left and right rear seat belts.
The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2026113.

Reading this against the source
This page is what Transport Canada published in the Vehicle Recalls Database, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /canada, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
What the words on this notice mean — the system it is filed under, and what the filing type says about who found the fault.
This notice names one vehicle among several registers that have written about it. Every notice this site holds for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, in all seven, is kept on that vehicle's own page, with the newest in each.
This register keeps an index of its own for every maker and every year it holds: Canadian recalls on a Rolls-Royce: 28 in the register, and 405 Canadian vehicle recalls filed in 2026.
