Issue: rnOn certain vehicles, the brackets that secure the third-row seat belt anchors may not have been manufactured properly. As a result, the seat belt(s) could detach in a crash. rnrnSafety Risk: rnA seat belt that detaches in a crash could increase the risk of injury. rnrnCorrective Actions: rnTo reduce the safety risk, Land Rover recommends that you shouldn't transport passengers in the third-row seats until the recall repairs are completed. Land Rover will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to install bolt(s) to secure the third-row seat belt anchor brackets or, if necessary, replace the anchor brackets.

The wording above is the department's own, as it stood in the monthly file this site last read. Vehicle counts are the sum of the counts published for each make and model the recall covers. To act on a recall, use the official notice: Transport Canada recall 2026126.
