What the ministry says is wrong
速度計において、電気配線の防水性が不適切なため、電気配線に入った水が車速センサ ーのコネクタ部に浸水して端子が発錆し、速度計への車速信号が不安定となって速度計が 誤った表示をするおそれがある。What is to be done about it
①全車両、当該電気配線を対策品と交換する。 ②全車両、車速センサーのコネクタ部を点検し、端子が発錆している場合は車速センサー を新品に交換する。又、発錆していない場合は清掃してグリスを充填する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
