What the notice says 無段変速機用電子制御装置のプログラムが不適切なため、無段変速機へ油圧を供給するオイルポンプが低回転時に供給油圧が高くなる場合があり、オイルポンプベーン（羽根）摺動部が早期に磨耗するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ベーンが異常磨耗し、適切な油圧が確保できなくなり、最悪の場合、オイルポンプが破損して走行不能となるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong
無段変速機用電子制御装置のプログラムが不適切なため、無段変速機へ油圧を供給するオイルポンプが低回転時に供給油圧が高くなる場合があり、オイルポンプベーン（羽根）摺動部が早期に磨耗するものがある。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ベーンが異常磨耗し、適切な油圧が確保できなくなり、最悪の場合、オイルポンプが破損して走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、無段変速機用電子制御装置のプログラムを対策した内容に書換えるとともに、耐磨耗性の良いミッションオイルに交換する。また、無段変速機の制御油圧センサ出力値を点検し、点検基準を外れるものは無段変速機を新品と交換する。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
