エンジンフロントケースに装着しているクランクシャフトオイルシールにおいて、車両生産時と異なる材質の補修用オイルシールに交換された場合、エンジンフロントケースの加工ばらつき、およびオイルシールの圧入量ばらつき等の複合要因により、当該オイルシールの保持力が低下しているものがある。そのため、当該オイルシールが抜け出し、エンジンオイルが漏れ、油圧警告灯が点灯し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、エンジン内部部品が焼付き、走行不能となるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
