静油圧変速機を作動させる油圧ポンプにおいて、油圧ポンプ組立時にリヤポンプの締結ボルトを過大トルクで締結したためメネジが変形しているおそれがある。その場合、ボルトの締結力が低下しているため当該ボルトが使用過程において緩み脱落する。そのままの状態で使用を続けると、ポンプ締結部より作動油が漏れ、最悪の場合、作動油が不足して静油圧変速機が作動しなくなるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
