What the notice says エンジン制御コンピュータ（ｅｃｕ）のプログラムが不適切なため、エンジン走行モードでの停車中にシフトレバーをｄまたはｒに操作して発進する際のギヤの噛み合い動作の間や、ｅｖ走行モードで急勾配の坂道にゆっくり進入し、一時停止してエンジンが始動した時、アクセルペダルを強く踏込んでいると、モータから過大な駆動力が発生することがある。そのため、車両が急発進するおそれがある。

エンジン制御コンピュータ（ＥＣＵ）のプログラムが不適切なため、エンジン走行モードでの停車中にシフトレバーをＤまたはＲに操作して発進する際のギヤの噛み合い動作の間や、ＥＶ走行モードで急勾配の坂道にゆっくり進入し、一時停止してエンジンが始動した時、アクセルペダルを強く踏込んでいると、モータから過大な駆動力が発生することがある。そのため、車両が急発進するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
