What the notice says マフラーのテールパイプにおいて、テールパイプの溶接指示が不適切なため、パイプの取付強度が不足し、エンジン振動により、溶接部に亀裂が発生することがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けるとテールパイプが脱落し、マフラーから排出される排気熱によりエアクリーナケースや油圧ホース（走行兼荷役用）が溶損し、作動油が漏れ、走行不能となるおそれがある。
