What the notice says （１）ウイング車において、ウイング開閉用油圧ホースの配索が不適切なため、フレーム上部コーナーに接触しているものがある。この状態でウイング開閉を繰り返すと、ホースがコーナーに強く押し当てられて損傷し、作動油が漏れ、ウイングが作動しなくなる場合がある。最悪の場合、ウイング開時に開用ホースが損傷すると、ウイングが降下するおそれがある。 （２）中型ウイング車において、ウイング開閉用油圧シリンダーの閉用配管継手の締付が不適切なため、継手が緩む場合がある。この状態でウイング開閉を繰り返すと、閉用ホースがフレームに接触して損傷し、作動油が漏れ、ウイングが作動しなくなるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

What is to be done about it

（１）全車両、油圧ホースにフレーム上部コーナーとの接触を防ぐプロテクターを取付ける。 （２）全車両、油圧シリンダーの配管継手を規定トルクで締め付け直し、油圧ホースをハーネスバンドで固定する。 また、油圧ホースに損傷がある場合は、損傷部を新品に交換する。
