What the notice says アルミタンクローリの積荷排出用ポンプにおいて、設計不良により、ポンプブラケットの剛性が不足しているため、ポンプと連結した配管に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用し続けると、荷下ろし作業中に積載物が漏れ、最悪周囲に火種があった場合に発火して火災になるおそれがある。 　また、ポンプブラケットの剛性が不足しているため、ポンプ駆動軸同士を連結するセンタベアリングのブラケットに亀裂が発生し、荷下ろし作業ができなくなるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

アルミタンクローリの積荷排出用ポンプにおいて、設計不良により、ポンプブラケットの剛性が不足しているため、ポンプと連結した配管に亀裂が発生するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用し続けると、荷下ろし作業中に積載物が漏れ、最悪周囲に火種があった場合に発火して火災になるおそれがある。 　また、ポンプブラケットの剛性が不足しているため、ポンプ駆動軸同士を連結するセンタベアリングのブラケットに亀裂が発生し、荷下ろし作業ができなくなるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

（１）全車両、ポンプブラケットおよびセンタベアリングブラケットへ補強を追加する。また、配管固縛ステーの追加が必要な仕様においては、当該ステーを追加する。 （２）全車両、配管の亀裂有無を確認し、亀裂が確認された場合は補修工事を実施、もしくは配管を新品に交換する。
