粉粒体運搬セミトレーラのサブフレームにおいて、強度設計が不適切なため、サブフレーム構成部品に亀裂が生じることがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、亀裂が進行し、最悪の場合、破断して走行出来なくなるおそれがある。

全車両、サブフレームに次のいずれかの補強部材を追加する。また、サブフレーム構成部品を点検し、亀裂のあるものは、溶接にて補修する。 （１）ボトム補強、タンク体サポート補強およびタンク体一体型補強 （２）タンク体サポート補強およびタンク体一体型補強 （３）タンク体一体型補強 必要に応じて軽量化対策を施す。
