ショベル・ローダのステアリング回路に装着された、油圧の流量をステアリングと荷役で分配する油圧流量分配弁（デバイダバルブ）の内部スプールにおいて、作業工程が不適切だったため、誤ったスプールを組み込んだものがある。 そのため、走行等の際にデバイダバルブ内にサージ圧が発生すると、バルブハウジング内部の隔壁が損傷し、ステアリング回路に流れる作動油の量が急激に減少することがある。最悪の場合、ハンドルが急激に重たくなり、通常どおりのステアリング操作が困難になるおそれがある。What is to be done about it
