What the notice says 電動トラックのハイカレントヒューズボックスに接続しているハーネスにおいて、分岐部に施している保護テープによる防水処置が不適切なため、保護テープが損傷するとハーネス内部に水が浸入してハイカレントヒューズボックス内で結露水が発生することがある。 そのため、結露水がハイカレントヒューズボックス内のリレー等に滴下して端子部が被水すると、ｅｖシステムが機能しなくなって走行不能に至る等の不具合が生じるおそれがある。

What the ministry says is wrong

電動トラックのハイカレントヒューズボックスに接続しているハーネスにおいて、分岐部に施している保護テープによる防水処置が不適切なため、保護テープが損傷するとハーネス内部に水が浸入してハイカレントヒューズボックス内で結露水が発生することがある。 そのため、結露水がハイカレントヒューズボックス内のリレー等に滴下して端子部が被水すると、ＥＶシステムが機能しなくなって走行不能に至る等の不具合が生じるおそれがある。

What is to be done about it

全車両、ハイカレントヒューズボックス行きハーネス分岐部に防水テープと防水シートを追加する。また、当該ボックス内部のリレー、ヒューズ、ハーネスの端子を点検し、腐食等が認められたものは修復または新品に交換すると共に、当該ボックス内部に水が浸入していた場合は水を除去する。
