What the notice says 原動機のカムシャフト・コントローラにおいて、カムギヤを固定しているボルトのボルトヘッド厚みの設計値が不適切なため、締め付け時に当該ボルトが損傷しているものがある。 そのため、カムギヤの固定が緩むことで異音や点火タイミングずれによるエンジン不調が発生し、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、最悪の場合、カムギヤの固定が外れてエンストして再始動不能となるおそれがある。

全車両、カムシャフト・コントローラのカムギヤ固定ボルトを対策品に交換する。 ボルトに緩みが発生している場合には、当該カムシャフト・コントローラを対策品に交換する。 ボルトの破断が発生している場合には、エンジン内部を点検し、必要な修理を行う。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
