What the notice says プロペラシャフトにおいて、コンクリートポンプ装置架装時の再組付け工程の作業管理が不適切なため、取り外した締付ボルトを再使用したものがある。そのため、締付トルクが不足し、走行中にボルトが緩み、異音や車体振動が発生して、そのまま使用を続けると、最悪の場合、プロペラシャフトが脱落して他の交通の妨げとなるおそれがある。
