What the notice says ディーゼルエンジンに搭載されているクーラントポンプにおいて、軸受けシールの設計が不適切なため、作動の制御が行われている負圧回路へ冷却水が浸入し、負圧回路の関連部品が作動不良を起こすことがある。そのため、エンジン警告灯（ｍｉｌ）が点灯する、出力が低下する、ブレーキ倍力装置の機能が低下する等の不具合が発生し、排気ガスの再循環装置（ｅｇｒ）制御用の電磁バルブに作動不良が発生した場合においては、ｍｉｌ点灯と共に排ガスが悪化し、更に短絡が発生すると発熱して周囲を溶損させることで、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれがある。

全車両、ＥＧＲ制御用の電磁バルブを新品に交換し、エンジンコントロールユニットの制御プログラムを対策プログラムに書き換える。また、負圧回路の点検を行い、冷却水やエンジンオイルが浸入している関連部品は、新品に交換を行う。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
