What the notice says 令和５年７月２６日付け届出番号「外ー３６４７」及び、令和５年１２月１４日付け届出番号「外ー３７２９」のリコール作業にて、バッテリー・エネルギー・コントロール・モジュールの制御プログラムを書き換えた電動機の電源装置において、車両火災が発生したものがある。このため、原因は判明していないが、同タイプの電源装置は、バッテリーパックアッセンブリ内のリチウムイオン電池より火災が発生するおそれがあることから、全車両、予防的措置として、制御プログラムを書き換える。

What the ministry says is wrong

令和５年７月２６日付け届出番号「外ー３６４７」及び、令和５年１２月１４日付け届出番号「外ー３７２９」のリコール作業にて、バッテリー・エネルギー・コントロール・モジュールの制御プログラムを書き換えた電動機の電源装置において、車両火災が発生したものがある。このため、原因は判明していないが、同タイプの電源装置は、バッテリーパックアッセンブリ内のリチウムイオン電池より火災が発生するおそれがあることから、全車両、予防的措置として、制御プログラムを書き換える。

What is to be done about it

全車両、暫定措置として、バッテリー・エネルギー・コントロール・モジュールの制御プログラムを書き換え、最大充電容量を約９０％に制御する。なお、不具合の発生原因及び対策が決定し次第、速やかに恒久対策を実施する。
