ハンドルの転舵角を規制するストッパープレートをフレームのヘッドパイプへ溶接する作業が不適切なため、溶接の溶け込みが不十分なものがある。そのため、ストッパーに駐車・停車時のハンドル転舵による衝撃が繰り返し加わると溶接部に亀裂が生じ、ストッパープレートが脱落するおそれがある。What is to be done about it
全車両、ストッパープレートとヘッドパイプの溶接部を点検し、ヘッドパイプに亀裂が認められる場合はフレームを良品と交換する、亀裂が認められない場合は、溶接状態が判定基準を外れたものは溶接補強を行う。The two passages above are quoted in Japanese because that is the language the ministry published them in.
