The consequence

The remedy
The units were sold to Entegra Coach and Jayco, Inc. AME supplied replacement wiper kits for Entegra and Jayco to install, free of charge. Entegra and Jayco will notify owners, and dealers will replace the wiper arm, at no charge. The recall began in August 2013.
