The fingerprint of this notice

We first read this notice on 21 August 2026. It has not moved since. If it ever does, these characters will not match, and the change will be dated here.

The wording we hold for 26E043 · how the whole register is watched

72 days after this was filed with the regulator, the register still carries no date for the letter to owners. The sixty days 49 CFR 577.7 allows have passed. A blank there is a gap in the record, which is not the same as a gap in the post: every notice still without one.
