Some instances of fracture of the leg on Vogel seats have occurred on the coaches concerned.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Owners of potentially affected coaches will be contacted by AVE Berkhof and requested to examine the seat legs. Where they are broken or show signs of impending failure replacements will be supplied by AVE Berkhof. Where legs are intact a kit to reinforce
