Concern

Parking brake may become ineffective

Defect, as DVSA words it

Possibility due to incorrect air pipe layout that parking brake can not be reapplied when entrance door is opened from the outside. Vehicle could run away.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Recall potentially affected vehicles check for incorrect tapping of auxiliary air supply from between the parking brake control and the spring brake unit. Transfer the auxiliary air supply connection to a safe source where necessary.
