Engine may seize

Defect, as DVSA words it

Non-conformity in the final stages of machining of the crank shaft for the F136 type engine which may lead to failure in the incorrectly machined zone caused by thermal and dynamic stresses.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replacement of the crankshaft and the relative main bearings and connecting rod bearings.
