Great Wall STEED in the other registers
This site holds seven national and European registers. Great Wall STEED is named on 1 European notices and 1 Israeli. Those are separate campaigns, filed with separate authorities on their own schedules.
The European register
The Israeli register
Nothing here says any of these is this notice in another country. A model recalled in one country is often recalled in another, in different words and at a different time, and the authorities do not cross-reference each other. Reading them together is the reason this site holds more than one register.

- R/2023/309 · 14 November 2023 · Ora · On affected vehicles if the Auxiliary charge (3 pin) cable is used with household extension leads and/or substandard domestic wall sockets for an extended period there is a possibility of the auxiliary charge cable 3 pin plug having a high electrical resistance causing excessive heat build-up. This in extreme cases may cause a failure of the 3-pin cable. If the vehicle is unlocked via the remote fob key during the AC charging process voltage is still present for a further 15 seconds within the charge socket. If the cable is unplugged from the car within this 15 second window there is a possibility of an electrical spark occurring.

Reading this against the source
This page is what the DVSA published in its file of vehicle recalls, kept as it was read. The authority publishes only its current wording; if a notice is rewritten, the earlier version disappears there and is kept here. The whole register is at /uk-recalls, and how the reading is done is set out in the method.
