Concern

A centralising sleeve may not have been installed between the automatic transmision and the direct shift module

Defect, as DVSA words it

Automatic transmission Direct Shift Module fault. Vehicle may roll away or drive in a direction not intended.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the Direct Shift Module together with the centralising sleeve on affected vehicles.
