Concern

Camshaft support housing bearing caps may become loose

Defect, as DVSA words it

It is possible that the camshaft bearing cap screws could come loose on the affected vehicles.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Check and replace camshaft support housing or complete cylinder head as required.
