Concern

Bolts in the battery disconnect unit are not torqued to specification

Defect, as DVSA words it

Bolts in the Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) [a component of the High Voltage (HV) Battery] are not torqued according to specification and a bolt may come loose.

Replace the High Voltage Battery
