Defect, as DVSA words it

The hydraulic power steering return line hoses may detach at their connection points under certain operating conditions and may cause hydraulic fluid to leak.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Check the return line connections of the power steering and install a screw type clamp at the connection point if needed.
