Concern

The connection between front axle suspension strut and steering knuckle could loosen

Defect, as DVSA words it

On certain vehicles the connection between the front axle suspension strut and the steering knuckle could loosen due to an insufficient preload force.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Carry out replacement of the suspension bolt (top and bottom / left and right) as well as the nut.
