Lower engine protection cover

Defect, as DVSA words it

The possibility that the lower metal engine protection guard could trap material between it and the underside of the engine exhaust system.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Replace the metal under engine protection guard with a different design to prevent the collection of material.
