The High-Pressure Electric Oil Pump within the eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) may experience an internal fault.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Upgrade the software of the Transmission Control Unit (TCU). In rare cases it may be necessary to also replace the transmission.
