Concern

End pieces of air-conditioning system trim panelling could come loose

Defect, as DVSA words it

On affected vehicles the end pieces of the design trims installed on the left and right of the air conditioning system may tear and fall.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Remove the affected trim and replace at a later date when new improved parts are available
