Defect, as DVSA words it

Potential malfunction of the rear brake. On affected vehicles the heat reflective sheath may not correctly positioned or moves from the proper retainer on the rigid brake hose duct the ABS control unit/brake calliper rear brake hose could be damaged because of the heat coming from the rear bank exhaust manifold.

Remedy, as DVSA words it

Changing the position of the heat reflective sheath on the ABS control unit/brake calliper rear brake hose and securing it with a new grey self-locking tie Part no.74142941A resistant to high temperatures.
