- R/2024/005 · 30 January 2024 · Zr-V · The positions of the conveyor bar and the seat were not properly managed causing interference between the conveyer bar and the headrest. As a result the headrest may bend forward and it may not be possible to protect occupants as intended which may lead to risk of injury.
