1976 PLYMOUTH ARROW AND DODGE COLT VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A 1600 C.C ENGINE AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. DRIVELINE VIBRATION DAMPERS ARE SUBJECT TO FAILURE SUCH THAT THE DETACHED PORTION OF THE DAMPER COULD CREATE A HAZARD TO OTHER VEHICLES SHOULD IT LAND ON THE ROADWAY.
