THE LOWER STEERING SHAFT LOWER YOKE CLMAP BOLT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TORQUED TO SPECIFICATION DURING MANUFACTURE. THIS COULD LEAD TO DISENGAGEMENT OF THE LOWER STEERING SHAFT FROM THE STEERING GEAR RESULTING IN LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL WITHOUT WARNING TO THE DRIVER.
