1978 JEEP CHEROKEE AND TRUCK MODELS EQUIPPED WITH SIX CYLINDER ENGINES AND TWO BARRELL CARBURETORS. THE SECONDARY THROTTLE RETURN SPRING WAS OMITTED IN PRODUCTION SUCH THAT THE THROTTLE PLATE MAY NOT CLOSE IN CERTAIN OPERATING CONDITIONS OR IF THE PRIMARY THROTTLE RETURN SPRING SHOULD BREAK.
