VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH SWTL56, SW56 OR SW57 SERIES BOGIES (TANDEM AXLES). THE WELDS SECURING THE REAR AXLE SPRING INSULATOR BRACKET TO THE AXLE HOUSING ARE IMPROPERLY POSITIONED AND COULD BREAK CAUSING THE AXLE TO MOVE OUT OF POSITION RESULTING IN A LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL.
