VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AMERICAN SAFETY CORPORATION FRONT OUTBOARD SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES. THE SUBJECT SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES MAY BE EQUIPPED WITH SHOULDER HARNESS RETRACTORS THAT MAY NOT LOCK WHEN THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCES A SUDDEN DECELERATION OR IMPACT THUS LEAVING THE UPPER TORSO OF FRONT SEAT OCCUPANTS UNRESTRAINED.
