TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH GUARDIAN INDUSTRIES WINDSHIELDS. THE SUBJECT WINDSHIELD, PART NUMBER K-136-B-76, HAS FAILED TO MEET THE PENETRATION RESISTANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARD 205 - GLAZING MATERIALS. THE WINDSHIELD COULD BREAK WHEN HIT BY STONES POSSIBLY INJURING THE DRIVER AND/OR CAUSING HIM TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE.
