VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH TURBOCHARGED V6 ENGINES. ENGINES MAY HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH AN INCORRECT VACUUM DIFFERENTIAL VALVE INSTALLED IN THE AIR SYSTEM. AN INCORRECT VALVE WOULD CAUSE THE ENGINE TO EXCEED THE EMISSION LEVELS SPECIFIED BY FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARD 1103 - EXHAUST EMISSIONS.
