MEDIUM DUTY TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH DETROIT DIESEL ALLISON 4 CYLINDER ENGINES. VEHICLES MAY HAVE THE ACCELERATOR CROSS SHAFT SUPPORT BRACKET INSTALLED INA REVERSE END TO END POSITION. THIS CONDITION COULD CAUSE A SLIGHT BIND IN THE ACCELERATOR LINKAGE RESULTING IN A RETURN TO IDLE TIME IN EXCESS OF THE TIME LIMIT SPECIFIED BY CANADA MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD 124 - ACCELERATOR CONTROL SYSTEM.
