VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH A REAR SEAT MAY HAVE BEEN BUILT WITH TONGUE END SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES IN PLACE OF BUCKLE END SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES. REAR SEAT PASSENGERS WOULD THEN BE UNABLE TO LATCH THEIR SEAT BELTS.
