VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH SIX CYLINDER ENGINES AND AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS MAY HAVE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED TRANSMISSION THROTTLE CONTROL ROD SPRINGS THAT COULD AFFECT THE THROTTLE CLOSURE RATE, WHICH COULD AFFECT THE VEHICLE BRAKING DISTANCE.
